If you want to try the 10151 in chinese, download the ENG language pack which can be found at verious places, use DISM to integrate. Also, make sure your backups are good. I don't know what type of build this is.

wow, have you guys tried the "Ask Cortana" in Edge?

I double clicked a package tracking number and "asked Cortana and right away I got the right pane with all my tracking info, including a little truck "in transit" icon happy about that!
