Win 8.1 (presumably all versions) RTM in late August

Interesting bit of news...it appears that MS is going all out for its 8.1 RTM...

Microsoft has confirmed the August RTM and delivery to OEMs in August. When it is made available through the Store and on new hardware is still TBD. Windows 8 RTM'd last August, but was made available in retail on October 26th, but TechNet, and MSDN subscribers got the bits shortly after RTM and EA Customers received them about a week after that.

They've had a pretty good pool of beta testers - I'm fairly sure they will have it fixed. That might even be fixed with an update before RTM.
