Why don't my custom ringtones show up on the phone

I used the PC app to move music identified as ringtone capable to my phone. I also was able to simply copy and paste opening the rintone folder. Either way I do it, the music does not show up for ringtones

I then downloaded a free ringtone app to see what that does and it works fine. The odd thing about that, is I cannot find the folder that the app downloads these ringtones to.


I am using the Nokia 920.
