USB power on dock after shut down

@sharpcolorado You just had to tempt me! I bought two just a couple of minutes ago. I think they'll come in handy for my SP3 or even my Asus T100, if I'm using it for some reason. I setting up a new, separate office and I'm using a 32" Samsung monitor that has a USB 3 hub built into the back of it. I may plug up this little guy to it if I need more ports. The monitor has 4 USB 3 out ports built in.
