Touch screen sensor shifts to the top left hand corner of screen and refuses to budge, rendering touch screen inoperable. When keyboard is attached, cursor disappears and movement can be done by up/down keys only. The only way to regain control of device is to disable touch screen function. This means device is no longer a tablet. Is the cause a physical damage to the screen rather than a software glitch? I'm using Windows 10.
