Surface Hub in Boot Loop

OK... I feel like that guy. Got my 55" Surface Hub yesterday. Ran it through setup thinking I could add it to the domain later. Found out that I had to reset it. So I did. After about 3 hours of sitting at 7%, I turned it off. Now it is in a boot loop. I did find out that was a no no and now I am waiting for MS to call me back. Anyone experience this issue and what was the resolution.

Did you resolve this and if so, how?

We have also found reference to toggling the power switch 3 times, but that hasn't done the trick yet.
