I had my old iPhone 4 when Orange didn't let you tether... but I jailbroke it and there was an option to hide usage, got away with it now however on EE, they don't mind what you tether. I have 8Gb per month which is a decent chunk.

Highest speed I've managed on 4G so far is 51.15Mb/s! Which is nearly 4x faster than my home broadband

Now, if we could just get pen support on the WHOLE Surface lineup, that'd be great.
