Now we’re getting some useful information. So you know it’s not a device issue and more likely a platform one. It sounds like Flash on your Chrome is outdated or corrupt or is conflicting with something.
You mention a problem with PLEX now, but you’ll need to narrow it down like you did for Chrome. What formats do you have problems with? Does the same issue occur with other media players or clients?
