Skydrive Sync Automatic?

How do I get my Windows 8 os to automatically sync my documents without needing to save it? Is that possible? I have the Skydrive standalone app and I want to sync my outlook constantly without always having to press "save." Also, If I cant do that, how do I forward my save documents to skydrive? Any help is appreciated.

I don't understand 'sync my Outlook constantly without always having to press "save". I know of no way to sync Outlook with Skydrive, only documents, photos, PowerPoint, etc. If you have a desktop its rather easy to do. Visit Skydrive to download the app to your desktop PC, pick what folders to sync, then just install the RT app and it will recognize your setup.
