Serious speaker issue

Hi all:

I got my i7 surfacebook week ago. And I just notice a serious issue for the speaker.

The sound seems only come from the left side speaker, actually the right side speaker is working but with smaller sound (30 difference when I balance in sound setting)

What I feel is that the system feel I am use the tablet in portrait mode, but I am attach it on the base...

Does anyone have same issue? Or only me?

I believe it is only your machine, unfortunately. Try removing your sound card in Device Manager, and rebooting.

Already tried everything, seems hardware problem...

Doubt it's his machine, I have the same exact problem. I'm also already on my 2nd SB, not because of this but the freezing problem.
Sound is balanced through headphone jack.
