Quickly discharged battery

Good day, I bought a used surface pro 2. and faced with the rapid quickly discharged battery. battery is worn by 6%, 143 charging cycle. battery runs 2:30 in eco mode.(not play a game)
tell me how to solve the problem? Maybe someone else had it? will it help to reinstall the system?

i would try a complete system reset

failing that you may have got one with a bad battery

Possibly before you do the reset (if you haven't already), you might want to check out your Task Manager to see if something is keeping your system from going into low energy states, ie. some program is constantly keeping your CPU revved up at max speed. Given that your system lasts roughly 2 hours, it sounds like it's just being used pretty heavily since 2 hours is roughly how long a full battery will go if you're using your CPU constantly at high clock speeds. Does your SP2 get pretty warm/hot?

Turn off the Torrent and use MUI IE and see if your battery life drastically improves....
