I understand, i PM the OP as well. In kind of a crisis here cause i use my surface pro in my college classes a lot.

Hi Russ,
I have a Surface pro but can't open. During Power on it shows black screen and Trusted Platform module (TPM). I got a solution to recover it by recovery image. Surface Pro BMR 10.3.5.0.zip. but can't download from Microsoft website because download speed is less than 50kbps and does not support resume.Would you please share your recovery image? It is badly needed for me.
