No Sleep Mode

My SP3 i7 512 GB device does not give me "Sleep" option. I had to go to Power Settings in Control Panel to add "Hibernation" but looks like hibernation saves things to the hard drive and it takes longer to wake up from hibernation.

Why do I not have the sleep option and how do I make it available?

Do you have Hyper-V enabled?

It should be disabled.

Run this command from a Commander Prompt opened as Administrator.

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
