Microsoft Surface RT Videos (Reviews, Tips, Apps)

In this video I try to use a printer with unfortunate and (I think) unlucky outcomes for the Surface RT:

This video is about how to group your tiles into columns so you can move them about your startscreen more easily.

When you are zoomed out...if select a group of tiles (as you would a single tile in normal view) an option appears at the bottom of the screen to "Name Group".

Cool...I also notice that moving tiles within a group follows a strict pattern which could do with clarifying.
Great job with the vids BTW...nice and short and to the point.

I did notice this after I was playing about a bit more but I was at the point where I think the average consumer would be fed up and consigned to not being able to fix. So I will try this and report on it if it works but this would be a very specific 'hack job' for my particular situation which isn't very useful for reviewing.

Very true, its odd they would have those other models and not include yours. Usually you can get an update driver list from Windows Update but that doesn't seem to work either.

In this video I show you the difference between the settings from the charmbar using the Startscreen and the desktop screen.

In this video I show you how the Surface RT demonstrates some unusual behaviour when you're charging the device. May I add that a similar glitch seemed to affect the Asus Transformer Prime.
