Microphone(s) for SP4

Hi, I bought my SP4 used from a refurbisher and neglected to test the microphones. I am going to attempt to open the SP4 up and replace the battery and microphones. I find one listed on Amazon as 1724:

The SP4 is advertised as having a front and back microphones.
Does anyone know if they are the same part?
Has anyone done this repair?

The front and back microphones are not the same.

X933423-005 = Front
X933424-003 = Back
