Just bought the Surface Pro, Battery Dead?

Hey Guys,

I just came back from a local Microsoft Store and my Surface wouldnt turn on, turns out after I charge it three was no juice!! This is super weird because when I bought my Macbook Air it came with full battery. Is this normal? Is my unit used? Should I return it, and lastly was this the case with you?

I wouldn't sweat it. Its known to happen.

Just leave it charging up. You might have to hold power button Down longer to get it to cut on. It likely hibernate or shut down. If it still doesn't cut on, then I'd be concerned. Then go exchange it.
