My surface just started having these issues listed above: the blank screen with the backlight on and the blinking Wi-Fi symbol. I've tried restarting a multiple times and it just keeps going back to the black screen. I have important stuff on this computer and I don't want to lose it. How can I fix this issue? Please any help
