I updated my surface 2 last night and it never turned back on. I charged it and tried turning it on and nothing the Microsoft symbol does not vibrate and have tried numerous methods to turn it on. Any other suggestions
Hold the Volume Rocker Up and Press the Power Button - this will put you in the UEFI Configuration Screen, don't change anything!!! Just Exit and see if you get a clean boot....
My wife's surface is now dead after the up date. The logo blinks and the device vibrates but it does not boot up.. Looks like I'll be sending it in for a replacement.
