Greetings, how can you change the sing on method to a face recognition.

A special camera (webcam) is required to use "Hello" Facial Recognition for Windows logins. The camera must have lighted infrared capability.

Windows detects whether you have the necessary hardware. If you cannot enable "Hello", it is because you do not meet the requirements. The only Surface devices which have the necessary hardware are the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book.
