explorer is much more usable by touch if you set file-open to single click

I was having a beast of a time double-clicking on files in win explorer, even at 150% magnification. then I remembered that an earlier version of windows had shipped with single-click-to-open as as the default setting, which I and others hated. but the setting is still available, and it works a lot better in touch. so I have the SPro set up like that now.

View --> options to do this
