Defect on my new SP3

After looking at your picture, I took a look at mine and saw that the misalignment doesn't exist on my unit... though, I can see the potential for it happening if I didn't baby my SP3 the way that I do.

If that's how it looks on Day 1, I'd bring it back. Especially considering the cost.

You're in your 30 day limit (I'm assuming).
 
Thank you for you precious advices! In the end, I asked for a replacement, tomorrow I'll be able to pick up a new device from the seller! I'll carefully check it for any flaw before leaving the shop. Nevertheless, although i feel that sp3 is a powerful business device, I'm quite disappointed about spending 1000 € and find a defective unit.
