Yes it's been on since day one.
Are you familiar with lmhost file? I attached the one I'm using. Could you try that?

Mine isn't.... but many of the TabletPCReview members are seeing it as well including Steve S. who is a former TabletPC MVP and Mod....I checked that page without my problem. Is yours overheat on that page?

If you are asking about the ones included within or before the videos, no. The rest of the ads are blocked after applying the tracking filters in IE.I've not had this problem. Same device as OP, i5, 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD.
I use tracking as well, host and adfender. Mine averages around 48C while browsing with 4 tabs open, flash content etc
@ctitanic Have you found a way to block youtube ads on MUI IE?
I second this 60c is not bad at all. MB run hotter.I'm still amazed that anyone thinks an i5 running at 60c with a tiny fan and almost zero ventilation is a problem. The fact these run at less than 80c in this form factor is a miracle of engineering.
I have been browsing the whole evening and the temperature is between 40° and 50°

Intel Power GadgetHi, Frank. Can you tell us what program you are using in this screenshot? It doesn't look like XTU, unless I have mixed some option or setting somewhere.
Thanks,
David
