Unfortunately no...it has not. We have Google Apps for work, I use SFDC, need a plug in to upload and sync email, but it requires Chrome. I refuse to put Chrome back on my SP3. It definitely kills the battery. It would literally drain my battery almost 30% faster than without it. Until they can prove it's been fixed I won't put it back on and will have to use the SFDC sync option on my iPhone 6+.
