battery indicator stalled while charging

I recovered my surface pro 4 to the previous build version( before the anniversary update) and IT WORKS!! so now what? Update to the anniversary build again? Any idea guys?

Now windows hello doesn't work! Even after removing my face and then trying to add again, it doesn't register. Windows say my computer is up to date. Any solutions?

I just bought my SP4 and got the same problem. got a replacement yesterday and the new one has the same problem:S anyone has a solution?

Various postings around the Web show that it is normal Windows 10 behavior to only show the battery icon animation for a few minutes while charging. After that, to conserve other processing resources, the icon should show a static icon indicating charging, but not animate.
