Battery dying overnight

So I've just discovered that waking using a Type Cover button is also via the USB 3.0 controller according to the powercfg /lastwake command. I've noticed that it will almost always wake up on its own if I immediately close the cover after hitting the power button to put it to sleep. I think that this might be more evidence of this. I've also never had it wake automatically if the keyboard cover was not attached.

Thanks Philtastic, I do this all the time and I will keep that in mind while testing. I "may" have fixed the problem though. Since my battery report above pointed to wmpnetwk.exe I disabled the Windows Media Network Sharing service and so far, knock on wood, I have not had the problem for a few days.
