I am going to lodge something with the hotel as well and tell them to check their camera footage as I know where and when the bag dropped. I still don't know if they will take that as guaranteed proof. But I will try both avenues and see which one sticks, otherwise I am out $500

Mine has degraded massively - noticed it this morning when i unplugged and had one chrome window open and it went down in half an hour! This is shocking.

Anyone experience this on the SP3? When I am streaming 1080p video, the stream becomes choppy after about an hour. It's really annoying and happens every time. This is when I am hooking it up to my 4K TV. Does this have any bearing? I have tried clearing my cookies etc and no joy. It happens...

I've just seen that in NZ it's $40 more than the SP3 Type Cover. $239 vs $200! WHY? The US has both covers at the same price
