There is a post just a few below this stating they fixed a blink charger. Sort of related, just a week ago I plugged a large Samsung phone that was low into the power supply. It was charging very fast. But then, I noticed the SP3 was not charging much at all. Odd.

Do you mean the storage on OneDrive is becoming full? Are you talking about photos that you are taking with the Book? You can tell OneDrive not to sync photos. You can tell the camera app to store photos on a memory card.

If the battery is not connecting, then the base does not appear attached. If it is not attached, there is not need to be able to disconnect it. It sounds like there is a good chance it is a dirty connector.

My understanding is you only need a full cycle to remeasure/recalibrate the battery. I seldom do a full cycle. Maybe every 4 months. But I guess, once a month is not that many cycles in the life of a device like this.

When you say 'hard to press', do you mean a the touch function, or the physical 'click' that moves.

Can you not 'double tap' a word with the pen, then 'stretch' the selection area?
