when you call the generic call center ask them to put you through to the nearest store to YOU, they have to transfer you per your request... that's what I had to do when I wanted to know they had a phone in stock or not...

what usb dongle device? now your just adding stuff to try and make a point... and sorry but yea I'm going to assume you have a cell phone as everyone in this day and age has phones! even my 13yr old niece has a phone, along with all these kids I see running around ages 13-17 yrs old has phones...

^^^ exactly this... I never understand posts like these.. as hughile has said everybody carries their phone with them so its no burden to have 2 devices...

first off are they buying GENUIN microSD cards or Chinese knock offs? seems there is a TON of knock offs,even surprising they're finding their way onto Amazon as legits!

first off there is NO tablets I'm aware of that have rubberized backing! I've owned the galaxy 7" and 10" and the ASUS 10" and a couple more I can't remember and ALL of them had smooth backing! so what is YOUR point? sorry but this isn't a design flaw, this is YOU having issues and nothing else...
