yellow triangle icon next to C drive

After I did a clean install of Windows 10 10240, I now have a yellow triangle icon next to my C drive. BitLocker is off, the lock icon is open. In Control Panel, I have the option to turn on BitLocker. I've never seen this before. What do I do?The drive is almost empty.

Have you tried a chkdsk /f ?

I just did a reinstall of 8.1 than just let it upgrade again. I was experiencing too many error. Thanks, though.
