WTH is my win 10 upgrade?

so win 10 has been out how long now? and my SP3 still hasn't gotten the update notification! my win 7 desktop got it yesterday which I'm NOT going to update (like win 7 too much) and I have been waiting patiently for my notification to let me know... and nothing! what is up with that? how many others haven't gotten the notification yet also?

Just jump the shark and download/upgrade immediately with the media creation tool.

Ironically the only notification I got was for my SP3, and I was an insider. I ended up using the media creation tool in GreyFox7's link for the other 5.
Patience is not one of my virtues.
