Windows Start Menu Unresponsive

After last night's update:

1. Cannot access Start Menu
2. Cannot access Notification Center
3. Some icons in Notifications Area are unresponsive (battery, wifi, volume)

Neither keyboard nor touch will work on these.

Well, I can't even access Windows Update since I can't pull up the Start Menu or search in the search bar. I guess I'm going to have to restore my Surface Book to factory settings and start all over again.
