You speak as if kinect doesn't exist and isn't already successful. News flash, it does and is. Version 2 is only supposed to be that much better improving primarily voice recognition. The camera will now be able to detect your pulse. Of course we will see but I seriously double it will be worse than v1 which already makes it a success.

I did pre order a leap motion but cancelled it now. Think I'll wait for Kinect 2 for windows they announced recently.
