Wifi and BT Disappear, BSOD while rebooting.

I have been having some issues on my SP1. It seems at random the Wifi and BT will disconnect and the adapter isn't showing up. I hit restart and usually it fixes it, but sometimes, it will take a long time to reboot and then BSOD on me with driver_power_state_failure as the bugcheck code. Here is the dump file...
