I'm still trying to figure out the different sleep options and actions. I've had problems with it not going into sleep in the past, instead the camera on, device warm and locked.
So I've been just shutting it down since the last update the other day. Today I was using my surface on battery, and set it aside to do a few chores. Not sure how much time had passed but when I picked it up again it had gone past sleep and into shutdown.
I have my type cover attached and Bluetooth on. Anybody have any tips?
