What is Equivelant to the iPad APP PDF Expert for Surface Tab 2

Hi all,

I'm looking for an Equivalent App to the iPad PDF Expert for my Surface Tablet - I need to enter information into certain boxes & criterias on the form, Sign, Annotate etc - All the PDF apps for the surface tab i have come accross will not let me enter information.

please help!

I never realized this before but the built in Reader app will let you highlight and add notes. however, you can't if the PDF is actually a scanned document where the page is actually an image not text in a doc. That may be true regardless of what you use.

Also the Adobe Reader Touch app write up in the Store says it allows annotations.

I've been able to scan in docs from the scanner in PDF format and mark them up with the pen. Just have to make sure to save the document away so you don't lose the changes.

Word 2013?

If you open a PDF in Word it will 'convert' it to a Word doc allowing you to make changes etc. then you can simply re-save as a PDF.
