Use the Surface Pen on Surface RT

I got the Adonit Jot Pro and it works ok...but I'm wondering something. For you all that use it for writing, how do you avoid the fact that your hand may touch the screen which would in effect, negate the handwriting? For example, I'm trying to go paperless with some of the forms I have to deal with in my work, as I have to get some customers sign a form I have. I've not tried it in actual production yet, but I'm practicing with it and when I go to hold the stylus against the screen, my hand touches the bottom of the screen and usually activates the task bar. I've moved the task bar to the right to see how that works, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas.

Thanks!

I learned to Hover my Hand, but in the privacy of my office I've been known to wear a glove or smudge guard, but wear it in public you will be judged ;)

LOL....yep called MJ a few times wearing it in meetings ;)
