Solved Two problems I have with my 6 month SB2

Update:

I took it to the Microsoft Store. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting and doing the same things I've already done, they've determined it's a hardware issue with the Wifi adapter and offered to do a full exchange. I have to do some backup and will do just that.
 
A trip to the Store and 30 more minutes was well worth it. Thanks for following up. Glad to know you will be 100% soon.
