I have a complete drive copy (ghost) of my surface pro 4,

I created it with Acronis true image.

I want to change surface pro 4 for the last surface

Do you think that a surface pro 4 ghost can be used on the last surface pro.
Can be compatible?

It might work - but the hardware is very different and it will have quite a few orphaned drivers.

Is there some sort of migrate to New Hardware feature in True Image?
Ah, they call it Restoring to Dissimilar Hardware.
See Restoring to Dissimilar Hardware with Acronis True Image Echo Universal Restore | Knowledge Base.
It might work without it but as previously mentioned drivers have to get resolved.
Or perhaps they have an Image management capability by which the drivers could be injected into the image.

I would just try it and see what happens. The first thing I did with my Surface Pro 2017 was to perform a restoration from the included system partition. There are several web sites with good tips on how to do that. That's your safety net. Also, after you load the older TrueImage I'll bet that the Windows Update software will fix any issues that it finds.
