Touchscreen dead spot only @ unlock pin entry

When entering my unlock pin using the touchscreen, the "1" soft button doesn't register touches properly. Takes a few tries before it actually registers a touch. I've tested the same spot after logged in and there doesn't seem to be a dead spot, just when unlocking via pin.

Running Windows 10. Anyone else had this issue?

Seems to be a somewhat rare, but present issue with win 10. I had a similar issue during the TP however that was on the Q key (being pressed for it's alternate function, 1). It seemed as if the touch was only recognised when i hit the actual letter, not any of the blank space on the key.
