Swipe keyboard for SP3?

Anyone know if there is a swipe keyboard available for Windows 8?

When i'm using my sp3 with one hand for typing it takes a long time to type and swipe keyboards for my note 3 have been a huge time saver.

Yes there is an app for that: Touchpal
Gets mixed reviews. I have not tried it myself.

Thanks I've installed that one before, but couldn't figure out a way to actually replace the stock MS one. Can't find any settings in the ease of access centre.

edit: Looked at instructions online and the file just doesn't install properly.

And you'll notice it hasn't been updated in over a year. They basically released it and abandoned it (those 3 updates that got it from 1.0 to 1.3 were all released immediately after launch).

It's a shame. Their Android keyboard isn't bad (I use Swiftkey, but used to switch off between them a bit). The Windows 8 keyboard is buggy to the point of being useless.

I tried hot virtual keyboard as an alternative on-screen keyboard but I'm back with the default. I couldn't get along with. I use Swipe on my Nexus 4 phone and my N10 tablet. Swipe is far from perfect but it would be interesting to try it on an SP3.
