Hi, signed in her as with Adobe forums was not able to solve this. I have an 2017 Surface Pro i7 that recently generated a deal breaking issue with Adobe software. Photoshop CC2018 (and all previous versions which used to work ok) crashes at startup, which is annoying as I am an Adobe Certified instructor. Problem seems to be in the Graphics driver that was introduced in the recent Surface firmware update. Now the Intel page states that newer version of Intel 640 driver is available but I cannot install it as " it is emebedded to Surface firmware" or something to the same effect. Don't know if it would actually fix the problem.
