Surface Pro 3 i3 64GB HEAT during normal activity and warranty date

Hi guys, i'm writing you back after 2 months...

I'm really disappointer, i tried everyrthing but my surface pro 3 i3 still have heat, fan noise, and burns!

How can i do?

Here in italy they first want to receive my surface before sending me another, or the alternative is to block on my card other 869€ that i have not!

i'm really disappointed, i don't want to have a laptop that i can't hold on my lap and i can't use to handwriting because my hand would be burned from the 60 °C screen!

Do you have some solution pls?

Should i try to substitute with another and trying to get a lucky surface one? Are there some i3 surface that does not heat or burn and have no fan activities during just a video seeing or while writing a document?

Or i just have to surrender and sell it?

There has to be something consuming so much of your CPU to have a 60 degrees screen temperature.
You need to diagnose of your running programs and see which is the number 1 CPU hog.

Remove the sd card and see if that's the problem
