Surface Pro 2 128/4 does not dim/turn off screen

Hi forum experts,

Having rebooted, changed power settings etc, my screen does not turn off. If I leave it with e.g. the Mail app or Facebook app, the screen will continue to be lit until I shut it off with the powerbutton. Same behaviour if I am on battery or power.

Searched forum and internet, can not find a single reference so maybe it is just a setting I missed?

Sorry, wrong forum. How do I move it? Can not find a setting to move my msg to other forum.

You can send a message to a moderator asking to move the thread.

To be clear, do you only want the screen turned off or are you expecting the device to actually enter sleep mode?

No, not sleep. To turn it off, dim or whatever it is called.
