Surface Pen connected but not working correctly

Hey guys,
I have a really stupid problem, my Surface Pen is connected about Bluetooth, but when I press the Button to open OneNote or take a screenshot or something else, than it happens nothing. Some time everything is fine, but mostly nothing happens. The interesting thing is, the Pen is connected, right click works, rubber works and the surface app refresh the Batterie Power. Everything is fine, only the button on top have a big problem.
Sorry for my bad english, I am from Germany.
PS: The problem is since the Surface is new, I wouldn´t Formate it and it is 2 months old. The battery has 97% over.

I have done all of this, nothing works. I´ve seen in the Event Display, that sometimes there was a failure at BTHUSB. Eventually is there my problem. Any other suggestions?
