Surface Book shows These results may be incomplete

Anyone else having an issue with Surface Book showing, "These results my be incomplete" when you type in search for example, "Programs and Printers" then at the top shows these results may be incomplete.

I actually had to restore the Surface Book because I was having issues and prior to this it was working fine. Its been over 4 days, so it can't be that it still needs to be syncing.

This is a Windows 10 issue, lookup the "Search" App in your task manager. Kill it and your searches should be fine.
