Hello all.
I'm just preparing to upgrade to windows 10. I've created a recovery disk to my new 32gb USB stick.
I would like to use the USB stick for other things besides the recovery disk, is it possible to back up the contents of the recovery disk to my NAS drive and then reformat the USB drive, then simply recopy the recovery disk files back to the USB stick if required?
Or does the the creation of the recovery disk change the formatting of the USB stick to make it bootable etc.
Are there any other reasons?
Just out of interest why does it ask for a 16gb USB drive and only use around 8gb.
thanks all
Jonnym
