Built another from scratch and left out almost every optional piece of software.
So standard install plus Office 2010, CheckPoint VPN, Lotus Notes 9.01 and Trend Micro Officescan
All of the above are on our similar test group in the USA and they have no issues.
End user tester called after 2 days and system was getting same issue.
