Scroll problems. Especially with ms word

Anyone having trouble with scrolling? I have the sp3 i3 and installed MS word 2007 but the scroll is terrible. This is with a finger on the screen and trying two fingers on the mouse touchpad.

The scroll in everything else seems fine.
