problems with video camera quality

when I start recording on my sp camera the movements and the environment is very slow and I remember when I bought my sp the camera looked very good. Why is this happening?, what do I have to do to make it look good again as before? sorry for my broken english i hope you understand

Check your frame rate. If you're recording with less light, the frame rate drops.
