Updates are set to automatic but I still had to do a manual update to get these. From what I can tell, only the name of the app has been changed? The icons, layout and colour scheme all look the same. In fact, the app is now called MSN news but the international news feeds still say Bing news.
It's the same with all my other Bing apps. Only the name has changed but everything else appears the same as previously.
